I am a mother of three, home baker, and self-taught cake decorator. I started working in a bakery when I was 19 years old and developed a love for decorating. I always think outside the box when it comes to cake designs. Through many years of practice, I have perfected some delicious recipes. I prefer the old-fashioned method of cake decorating using buttercream, however I do like the fun additions fondant brings to my cakes.
All of my recipes are 100% made-to-order from scratch. Whether it be a delicious chocolate ganache cupcake or hand shredded carrots for a moist and decadent carrot cake, you can rest assured all ingredients are fresh, delicious and made with love.
